When you intern at MGems, you’re joining a team of motivated individuals, getting real world experience in your field of study, and learning things they never told you in a textbook.

Our internship is available for three month intervals, which are continuous throughout the year, with the potential opportunity for full and part time placement after the internship period.

We do require our interns to work onsite at our location in South Brunswick, NJ. Relocation accommodations are available for the right candidates.

 

 

 

General Designer
Required skills: Web Design, Graphic Design, and Video Animation Production

Designer Job Duties:

  • Develops site layouts, content, graphic, and video animations using tools such as WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, GoAnimate, etc.
  • Plans site design by clarifying goals; designing functionality.
  • Prepares site by installing and configuring server software; installing programming language using authoring and formatting tools; ensuring cross-platform compatibility; establishing links.
  • Protects site by designing and installing security precautions.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
  • Meet clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
  • Present finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
  • Work with a range of media, including computer-aided design (CAD) and keeping up to date with emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies.

Admin Assistant
Required Skills: Admin Assistant, Content Writer, and Social Media Marketing

Admin Assistant Job Duties:

  • Builds blog articles filled with wit and whimsy from limited source content.
  • Aids with copywriting for search engine optimization (SEO) purposes, as needed.
  • Editing of financial statements and client documents.
  • Construct and develop PowerPoint presentations for prospective clients, conferences and webinars.
  • Compile and monitor correspondence, memos and prioritize critical information.
  • Maintain and coordinate schedules including meetings, travel arrangements, special events.
  • Assisting with various other administrative assignments as they arise including mailings, faxing, filing, copying and calendar management.
  • Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
  • Meet clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
  • Writes clear proposals for current clients and prospects.
  • You have a passion for meticulous writing, editing, spelling and grammar.
  • Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
  • Create a regular publishing schedule.
  • Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
  • Promote content through social advertising.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce experience.
